    Mr. Sprancmanis has offices at Suite 620 Empire Building, 472 South Salina Street, Syracuse, New York 13202. Mr Sprancmanis has practiced in the areas of estates, wills, elder law, personal injury, litigation, as well as a variety of transactional work. He has litigated and tried cases as well as filed and argued appeals.
